Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in New England. Shipping is free within the continental United States. For faster shipping options, please refer to the rates listed in checkout.
Returns
We accept returns of unused, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise retaining all original tags that was purchased on FiveADRIFT.com. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase to be eligible for a refund. The shipping and handling costs associated with an order are not eligible for refund.
Customized merchandise (custom logo embroidery) is not returnable.
FiveADRIFT reserves the right in our sole discretion to deny returns or exchanges that are found not to be in accordance with our policy.
We currently ship to addresses in the continental United States only.
