Shipping

Orders ship the same day from our warehouse in New England if ordered by noon EST. Shipping is free (within the continental US) for all orders. For faster shipping options, please refer to the rates listed in checkout. 

Returns

We accept returns of unused, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise retaining all original tags that was purchased on FiveADRIFT.com. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase to be eligible for a refund. The shipping and handling costs associated with an order are not eligible for refund.

Customized merchandise (custom logo embroidery) is not returnable.

FiveADRIFT reserves the right in our sole discretion to deny returns/exchanges that are found not to be in accordance with our policy.

For international returns/exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping their items to FiveADRIFT. For domestic and international exchanges, FiveADRIFT will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
